Operations Research Analyst: Master’s deg. & 1 yr. exp: Formulate math. Model using PERT/CPM, simulation for Work Flow models for problems, relating constants/variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives, their numerical parameters; collaborate to ensure successful impl. of chosen problem sols. using Work/Process Flow; analyze info. obtained from mngt. to conceptualize, define operational problems analyzing Computer Data, Computer Aided Design, Data base modeling, Proj. Mngt. using CPM/PERT; perform validation, test models to ensure adequacy, reformulate models; collaborate w/executive mngr. to identify/solve a math./Operational problems, improve KPI/ Bus. Process; study/analyze info. about alternative courses of action using discrete event simulation Model; prepare mngt. reports for Software Simulations, Data Modeling, OOP, Agile Programming/Software System Design; break system into their component parts, assign numerical values, examine the math. relationships; specify manipulative/computational methods to be applied to models, dev. advance Math. Techniques to improve Process in SCM, CRM, Eng. Change Mngt.; analyze Complex Bus., Mfr. Problems, dev./apply suitable discrete event simulation model, interpret the Statistical output of the model Simulation, determine the Best Challenge in the model System to improve the Performance on the Req. Parameter; use Auto CAD, Visio, ABAP/4, SAP BI BO, Win 9x/XP, WiN NT4, FrontPage.

Software Engineer: Associate degree & 2 yrs. exp.: Design/dev. sols. in SAP; dev. tech. objects using ABAP, ALE/EDI/IDOCs, ESS/MSS Portals, Smartforms in SAP; handle onsite/offshore team to monitor/develop all tech. objects from the client; design/develop sols. in SAP to suit the bus. processes in the functional areas of HR, sales, distribution & material; train on SAP tech. as part of SAP competency Training; use skills: SAPABAP, ALE/EDI/IDOCs, SMARTFORMS, ALV, MF-COBOL, ESS/MSS PORTALS, C, C++, PASCAL, SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, VB, DB2, UNIX.

Employee referral Program:
We encourage our employees to refer prospective employees. For every referral made, we will provide a referral bonus of $500.00, once the refered candidate has completed six (6) months of employment with the us and another $500.00 upon completion of twelve (12) months of employement.
