Analyst  w/bach. dgr. with 2 yrs. exp. or w/associate deg. &  3 yrs. or Analytical Strategist  w/Master’s deg. using at least 4 skills & 4 duties: SAP PLM (DMS, MM, ECO/ECR, CM, BOM, Routings, CAD-Integration/Classification), SAP Net weaver, SAP cFolders/eProjects/Workflow/Portals, LSMW, ABAP, C, Java Oracle, VB, SAP R/3, COM+, COM/DCOM,  SQL Server, ASP, Java Script, VB Script, XML, HTML, Simulation, Data Analysis, Operation Mngt., Lean/QRM philosophy; formulate mathematical/simulation models problems, relating constants/variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives, & their numerical parameters; define data req., gather/validate info., & apply judgment/statistical tests; study/analyze info., prepare mngt. reports define /evaluate problems & recommend solutions; exp. in Simulation modeling & analyze real time problems; implement Lean/Quick Response manufacturing; perform statistical data/cost benefit analysis; analyze tech., resource needs, & market demand; coordinate projects, make plans; confer with mngt. to discuss project specifications/procedures; manage/ integrate/ implement SAP Product Life Cycle mngt. systems; develop formulation logic for systems/conversion & system implementation plans, devises logic procedures, prepare flowchart, perform coding & test/debug programs; analyze Business processes, design, implement/develop reports & extensions to SAP, Realize CR’s/ WR’s, Harmonize SAP PLM Processes & implement; modify existing software, design system; analyze user needs, software req.; coordinate software system installation; develop software system test/validate procedures, programming, documentation; exp. in IS-Utilities (CCS, Billing, DM, FICA), PM, HR, ESS/MSS, Compatible Units, IS-Oil, SD, FI, SD modules; exp. in OO ABAP programming; design, develop workflows, IDE, IDOCS BOR objects, User exists, BADI’s & reports; develop interfaces (Idoc, BAPI, RFE, File) & develop ALV reports using its class objects; configure SAP system workflows; design, develop ESS/MSS forms using Adobe forms & workflows. EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

We are looking for prospective employee. For every referral made subsequent to this date, we will provide a referral bonus of $500, once the referred candidate has completed six (6) months and another $500 upon completion of twelve (12) months of employment with the organization.
