Our company is founded by super senior consultants that teamed up to start and grow Nexlink. With years of project and big five consulting experience, Nexlink has built up a 'best of breed' methodology. Consulting firms use either ASAP or their own specific methodology, but hardly their method ever plays a dominating role on projects. Often a small selection of deliverables is chosen. This as a client has and insists most of the time on their own method and/or style of managing and documenting. The result is client specific set of documentation standards and deliverables in each phase of the project.
Nexlink has throughout the years selected and collected such deliverables based on proven usability at projects done by our consultants. This has resulted in a set of templates to support every phase of the project.
Upon the start of a project the project management and Nexlink can discuss on how to manage, document and support each phase of the project. This will result in a selection of templates that will fit the style of management and documentation needs of your specific project and prevents unnecessary expensive documentation. At Nexlink we truly beliefs that most key to a method is that project tools are prior agreed, uncomplicated and especially consistently used throughout the project.
